The next day I had insane liquid diarrhea and vomiting. Also severe, sharp stomach pain. I thought I was going to die. I just ate a mcChicken, but never will go there again. Disgusting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
