After eating a McChicken last night, I awoke at 7:24am with SEVERE stomach pains.
It is now 3:37pm and they are just beginning to subside.
I have extreme diarrhea and vomited once.
My girlfriend, her daughter and my girlfriend's friend also have the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
