Big Mac Meal Illness - McDonald's,

I order a Big Mac meal plus a hot & spicy on 2-21-2016. On that same day at night I couldn't sleep due to stomach pains, and diarreah. Today is 2-22-2016 and the pain hasn't gone away. I'm at work very inconvenient. I think that place is filthy. I order through the window but the people working there were all teens. Never again will I go there! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
