Spicy Burger, Severe Symptoms - McDonald's,

Got a Jalapeno Double Burger & apple pie at around 7:30pm. By 9pm, my stomach felt terrible, like there was a hard mass down there. By 10pm, I started throwing up. Went through the hole night like that, up several times heaving. Then the diarrhea started. The next several days had stomach pains, body aches & diarrhea- could barely eat anything.
