Severe Illness Post-McDonald's - McDonald's,

Stopped for a quick bite at a McDonalds around 5pm on 2/22/2013. Between 10 and 11pm that night I started feeling nauseated. Just after 11pm I started to get violently and forcefully ill throwing up with profuse diarrhea. Fever,chills. I pretty much layed on my bathroom floor all night as I didnt know if i should sit or kneel.Absolutely the most sick I have ever been. This lasted for just over 10 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
