Dollar menu chicken, mc double, large fry for dinner. Early the next morning, I had severe stomach cramps which led to vomiting and diarrhea, The vomiting stopped after 4 hours, but its been over a day and I am still having diarrhea, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
