McDonald's
First time in a long time I have had a mcdonalds from this place, I had the meal around 3pm, by 10pm I had the chills, then the fever, then I had diarrhoea these symptoms lasted for 5 days I then went to the doctors, they requested a sample and then 1 day later confirmed it was good poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
