McDonald's
the only thing I ate all day was a BigMac with xtra sauce at about 6pm I was up at one am vomitting and diarrhea-both lasted until about 6 the next morning...diarrhea continued all day and am now into another day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
