McDonald's
Two months ago I ordered the number 1 Big Mac value meal. Approximately 2 hours later I had profuse sweating and explosive watery diarrhea, I sharted my pants while driving home. I actually stopped and exited my vehicle to stand still to hold my legs together to avoid sharting but it was just too persistent. No vomiting but the bunghole deluge was legendary. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
