McDonald's
At 11:45pm I got 2 Big Mac s and 10 nuggets to share with my bf. Throughout the night, I experienced hot n cold flashes and a sore stomach. In the morning I began vomitting and experiencing watery diherrea. I've been suffering now for almost 20hrs, complete loss of appetite and severe cramping, watery diherrea and fatigue. I couldn't go to work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
