Ordered 4 McDoubles, six hours later, my sister got diarrhea, shortly after that, my brother in law became VIOLENTLY ILL! He was up all night and so was me and me mom. We about called up my father in law to take him to the E.R but he eventually got better. Thank fuckin god! But me and my mom was fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
