After eating chicken mcnuggets I got really sick with diarrhea, vomiting, nausea. My stomach hurt me so bad for 5 days. And I have actually passed pure blood out me and nothing else during my diarrhea stage | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
