McDonald's
Double Quarter Pounder. Inside was cold, the whole burger was mushy. I didn't finish it but have been vomiting ever since. Not to mention I'm pregnant. This is not morning sickness. What do I need to do? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
