Food Safety Report: McDonald's.

All I ate was a caramel frappe and a hash brown and soon I started feeling nauseous. I thought it was carsickness because I was going home to Pennsylvania, a 4 hour drive. I was nauseous all day and later that night, I had a fever and threw up 3 times, 2 times was just water. Next morning I am still nauseous. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
