Food Safety Report: McDonald's.

I ate a Quarter Pounder last night (February 15, 2016). Ten minutes later when I get home that's when the diarrhea started. At about 5am, I wake up and have to throw up. As I'm making this post, it's 12:03 pm and I'm still having diarrhea and I'm still throwing up. I am just very disgusted with McDonalds. NEVER AGAIN...I will eat at another McDonalds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
