McDonald's
Got a mcdouble at 6:57pm. At 7:15 my stomach started hurting. Big balls of sweat started flowing from my face. Got diarrhea and was vomiting alot. Now it's back to the stomach cramps. OMG help me | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
