6 piece chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Began feeling nauseous when I got home to lie down and after an hour had to run to the bathroom to vomit. Cyclical pattern all night and day including diarrhea and vomiting until it was completely out of my system. Refused food entire day. Only drank water and Powerade or Gatorade. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
