My two children and I picked up something to eat at McDonald's yesterday evening (chicken nuggets, fries and a chicken burger) luckily my kids only ate a few fries and got away with a one-time vomiting and stomach ache during the night. However, I vomited over 8 times and now I have also had diarrhea and dizziness. Since we didn't eat anything else together yesterday except dinner there, it can only be one cause of the McDonald's restaurant. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
