Yesterday night at 1 I went to McDonald's and ate a royal ts the burger looked really disgusting but I was so hungry and nothing at home that's why I ate it 4 hours later I had really bad vomiting diarrhea and I'm still torturing myself the next day I have really bad stomach ache | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
