I was the only one who ate a McChicken and a filet o fish. So either the sauce must have been bad or the chicken's cold chain was broken.
Ended up with that: all night vomit, diarrhea and all the above. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Headache
