Last Friday the 23rd of july i was going there with myself and 3 kids witch i wasn't allowed in as my kids didnt have face masks on girls at front door was been very rude about it felt humiliated infront of people. Goes to £ shop to buy face masks for my kids to come bk there and sees other kids round about 13/14 and some young kids with no masks on!!! So i spoke to a member of staff and the policy was kids 12 and over were to wear masks. So why would the girl at the door not let me or my kids in??
