I was really hungry out here at my friend's house in Pittsburgh I live in San Francisco I brought my girlfriend over to get her hair done we where smoking and I got the munchies and went to McDonald's bought 20pc nuggets ND a McMuffin started throwing up and feeling really sick they where rude and unprofessional there | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
