Severe Big Mac Reaction - McDonald's, Coquitlam British Columbia

4 years ago reported by user-qyqn2426 business

McDonald's, Austin Avenue, Coquitlam, BC, Canada

1131 Austin Avenue, Coquitlam, V3K 3P5 British Columbia, Canada

I became extremely sick after having Big Mac for lunch on Thursday, May 13th. Whole stomach was cramping severely which made me almost paralyzed and it followed by heavy diarrhea with blood in stool. I was a half dead person since then. I still have diarrhea after 3 days.

I couldn’t eat or drink for 2 days.
I was not able to go to work the next day on Friday and unsure if I am in full condition to get back to work on Monday.

My husband who also had Big Mac for lunch with me suffered diarrhea as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Bloody Stool
