At 23:00 I ate a Big Mac combo at 1:39 I was already lying down and I had severe pain in my belly, some unbearable twitching, nausea, I have terrible diarrhea, I've never felt this, it could have just been the snack the sickness doesn't go away, I feel a reflux from the snack!
