McDonald's Meal Illness Report - McDonald's, Ceará

On Friday afternoon, when I was leaving, I stopped by MC Donalds drive thru in Fortaleza. I ordered a snack and after I got home, I felt sick, threw up twice, had a fever, and a lot of stomach pain. I'm still sick, and thanks to this crap they sell without any care. I'll never buy from MC Donalds again!!!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
