I've eaten McDonalds several times, the last time I had a Mac first chicken menu. I received unexplained stomachache accompanied by heavy nausea. Again this week, I went there, I simply had a Mac flury oreo and a zero-sugar Ice Tea. Unexplained stomachaches, always, accompanied by heavy nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
