McDonald's Draguignan food poisoning. Yesterday we took McDonald's, all 3 of us got sick. My 5 year old son vomits all night and then again and diarrhea. My husband diarrhea and nausea and myself nausea and diarrhea. We're not about to eat McDonald's again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
