The first time, my 4-year-old daughter had eaten McDonald's alone and had severe diarrhea and vomiting, but I didn't immediately think that it was from McDonald's. Yesterday we all ate McDonald's again except my daughter. My husband, I and my 1 year old son have severe diarrhea and nausea today. My one year old son completely vomited after 2 hours after eating and that 3 times! Now we know that comes from McDonald's food we only had a normal breakfast that day, nothing else! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
