Ate at McDonalds around 5-5:30pm and all 3 of us had tummy pains by 10:30 and puking by 12am-2am - 3 of us are there. All 3 are sick. Two 6 year olds have severe tummy pains and vomiting and i have severe tummy pains and diarrhea. We got food at 5-5:30 and one had tummy pains starting at 10-1030pm and other 2 between 12am-2am. We are still sick | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
