Big Mac Digestive Distress - McDonald's, Bayreuth Bavaria

On 22.7, I and my girlfriend got us the new Big Mac. Mine tasted extremely like their vinegar. On Sunday I had stomach cramps that lasted 3-4 days. Today on August 2nd, I am still lying flat with gastrointestinal problems nausea/vomiting and diarrhea. No more McDonald's. Vacation is over.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
