Food Safety Report: McDonald's, Beach Blvd. 32246.

I went to McDonald's on Tuesday January, 17 2017, and ordered a large fry. 10 minutes later I was nauseated, with severe stomach cramps. Also, I was running a fever within an hour. The only reason I didn't go to emergency room, is due to my insurance. My reasoning for filling this out is, I do not want anyone to experience what I experienced. I hope the health department will check them out, | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
