Chicken Nuggets Cause Illness - McDonald's, Jacksonville Florida

I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets around 1pm. I ate four and I noticed they were stale and tasted unusual. About an hour and a half later my stomach started cramping terribly and I became nauseous. Around 4:30pm I vomited and checked my temperature and it was 100.4.
