I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets around 1pm. I ate four and I noticed they were stale and tasted unusual. About an hour and a half later my stomach started cramping terribly and I became nauseous. Around 4:30pm I vomited and checked my temperature and it was 100.4. I can't keep fluids or medications down to stop the nausea, cramping, or break the fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
