2 Spicy McChicken Sandwiches, I ordered 2 regular McChicken Sandwiches and was presented with 2 spicy McChickens I didn't know until I bit into 1 and realized how hot it was, I was hungry I didn't eat the entire day. 30 mins. after I ate my sandwiches I began to get really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea after 20 mins. I then began to sweat really bad I instantly got overheated and felt that I was going to vomit which I did it was like food from 24 hours before came up. I'm still unable to eat the next day and am still having stomach pains and diarrhea. I'm afraid to eat anything and I'm feeling really weak. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating, Weakness, Stomach Pain
