So around 1:00 I got the big breakfast meal with hotcakes since McDonald’s recently started all day breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because they were in a rush or was mad because they had to make a breakfast meal at 1:00 but it made me sick to my stomach by 2-3. I have horrible nausea, vomiting, gas pains, a headache, etc. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Headache
