Yesterday evening I picked up a 20th nuggets menu at McDonald's near here. When I finished eating it, I began to feel tiredness and nausea, but at first I tried to ignore the symptoms. Over time, I felt so bad and got a fever that I couldn't walk anymore and finally I had eaten everything that was there had broken out. Since yesterday I have been feeling this tiredness as well as the pain caused by excess and I have a severe fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
