McDonald's. Ordered quarter pound meal on weds and today is Monday and I am still sick, I am waiting on the Dr to call back bit it showed up in my stool test cause I had to go back to the Dr on Friday. I am the only one that ate there on weds. Nausea weds and then diarrhea, vomiting, cramping, fever Thursday | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea
