An hour after I ate I had stomach pains that were the worst knife stabbing pains I have ever had. Then I had diarrhea and then came down 100.4 fever. The worst part was the diarrhea had blood in it. Next time I have the diarrhea I'm told by my doctor to go to the ER with a sample..bleeding is serious..never again McDonald's | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
