Big Mac Meal Illness - McDonald's, Bonn Nordrhein-Westfalen

I ordered a MC menu on July 4th at around 9:30pm. It included a big mac, fries and a cola. I also ordered 6-piece chicken.
After half an hour, I noticed that I was suffering from nausea and abdominal cramps.
A day later it got worse and worse I had severe diarrhea, chills, fiber and circulation.

So I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there anymore... you know. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
