My 13-year-old daughter with 3 other friends went to eat at McDonalds de la Coupole in Nîmes on Friday March 14, 2024.Since then, all four have had stomachaches and vomiting.
All 4 of them took the McSmart menu with nuggets. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
