Tuesday, December 12 After eating a Mac Do meal ordered on Uber I was nauseous about two hours later, then diarrhea a little later... with particularly severe pain in my stomach and intestines I spent the night vomiting in the toilet interspersed with diarrhea, the next day I felt dizzy, I could not get up, I could not swallow anything except a little water from time to time. My husband who ate the same meal was also ill, lots of diarrhea and severe stomach pain but without vomiting.
