I picked up a Big Mac with fries there around 0:30 a.m.

It tasted a bit like cardboard but otherwise it looked pretty ordinary.

About 30 minutes after consumption, I developed severe cramps and became ill.

Another 30 minutes later I had severe diarrhea, which was really thin as water.

This one still persists | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
