McDonald's Hygiene Concerns - McDonald's, Bretteville-sur-Odon Normandie

My partner and I ate at McDonald's on January 1 in the afternoon when we got home from the evening and we had enough to last the afternoon and early evening because we didn't want to cook food. Everything is going well until noon the next day when we both have a fever, nausea, my partner has diarrhea. The day goes by where we are both sick, I end up spending the night vomiting.
When we ordered, my partner was able to notice some hygiene elements that left something to be desired. To date, I think we've had food poisoning! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
