Toddler Sick from Happy Meal - McDonald's, Brignoles Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

My two-and-a-half-year-old daughter ate her happy meal menu (fries, nuggets and drinking yogurt) and 30 minutes later she was dozing and vomiting. Nothing did everything she ate, she vomited it. I had to go to the emergency room so that she wouldn't get dehydrated and in the emergency room I was told that it didn't surprise them that often in this Mac Donald's there were food poisoning.
My daughter is still no better. And for my part, I wasn't well either.
It's unacceptable in big chains like this one. | Symptoms: Vomiting
