Picked up a McRib combo at 11/28/17 at 12:10 am. About 2 1/2 hours later I got a headache and didn't think anything of it. By Tuesday afternoon the symptoms started to hit me. I started feeling fatigued, muscles aching, chills and flatulence. By the evening I had a full blown fever, server chills, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. On Wednesday 11/29/17 I went to the Urgent care because of the symptoms were not improving, and was under the impression I gotten the flu. A nurse practioner reviewed my symptoms and checked me over with vitals and visual inspection and determined that I had Food Infection ( aka Food Poisoning ) I was prescribed antibiotics and anti-nausea medication for my on going symptoms, plus over the counter pain meds for the persistent headaches and to hydrate do to the diarrhea. Wednesday night serve abdominal cramps and diarrhea continued, plus a about of vomiting.
