Went to McDonald's at about 4 pm yesterday, the Big Mac I ordered didn't seem right, I didn't Manage to eat it all From then on I felt sick and haven't ate anything else since, last night around 9 I started to be sick and have diarreah which is still going on now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
