1880 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, K2A 1E7 Ontario, Canada

Ate mcdouble meal at Carling Maitland road about quarter after midnight March 29th 2025. Next day stomach cramps, chills, many visits to toilet started liquid fire and by evening. Then puking started lasted till Tuesday April 1st. Now Wednesday April 2 second. Still have stomach issues and the liquid fire is still flowing frequently. Have been able to eat very little Sunday till now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
