Thursday Ordered McDonald's McSaver meal with big mac sauce Ordered at around 10:30am.
Went to get food at McDonald's cascavelle outlet at around 10:30, bought the rs100 McSaver deal with the big mac sauce. Didn't eat anything else through the day as i started feeling ill about an hour later. Started feeling nauseous. Got home at around 17:00. Threw up everything around 18:00. Went to the hospital(JNH) and the doctor concluded that it was a minor food poisoning; got a shot to stop the vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
