I decided to have a macdonalds in the afternoon as i was hungry and hadnt ate yet so i got a quarter pounder meal (but my girlfriend was against me getting it as it made her sick a few weeks ago) anyway i hate the burger and a few hours later i started to feel nauseas and get stomach pains after that i was in the toilet for a while due to diarrhea then another few hours later i was laying in bed and started to get bad stomach cramps again i then jumped out of bed to run to the toilet to be sick alas i was to late and was sick all the way to the toilet i recommend never getting another burger from there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
