My 5 year old had a happy meal, it the first thing he had eating all day and only had that, he was up at 5am been sick and and really bad cramps couldn't even keep water down. It sick lasted about 7 hour but not well over 24 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
