McDonald's Bourges while eating a burger, I went to eat MacDonald's with my girlfriend and directly when leaving fast food we no longer had any strength headache and a lot of desire to vomit + to go to the bathroom that's passing yesterday noon so it's been 24 hours and I haven't eaten anything since I'm used to going to McDonald's and strangely I've gone two times to this one and both times I got sick with a one-week work stoppage | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
